Access details will be shared within 24 hours of payment confirmation. BizCoach Neha reserves the right to change the delivery platform if required, with prior notice. Intellectual Property All content shared during workshops and programs — including frameworks, templates, workbooks, scripts, and recorded sessions — is the intellectual property of BizCoach Neha. You may not reproduce, resell, share publicly, or distribute any content without written permission. Recording Policy Sessions may be recorded by BizCoach Neha for quality and student reference purposes. Participants are not permitted to record sessions without explicit written consent. Conduct Participants are expected to engage respectfully in all sessions and community spaces. BizCoach Neha reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if conduct is found to be disruptive, abusive, or harmful to other participants. Results Disclaimer Results shared by past students are real but not guaranteed. Your results will depend on your effort, consistency, prior experience, and application of the program content. BizCoach Neha does not guarantee any specific income outcome. Program Changes BizCoach Neha reserves the right to modify session schedules, content, or delivery format as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
