PRIVACY POLICYREFUND POLICY Last updated: April 2026 3-Day Workshop (₹497) Due to the low price point and immediate digital delivery of workshop materials upon registration, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment is confirmed and access has been granted. If you are unable to attend the live sessions, the workshop recording will be made available for a limited time. You will not lose access to the content you paid for. In the rare case of a technical error resulting in double payment, a full refund of the duplicate charge will be processed within 5–7 business days. 10 Lakh Club Coaching Program For the 90-day coaching program, the following policy applies: If you have paid the seat-blocking amount (Rs. 10,000) and wish to withdraw before the batch start date, a refund of Rs. 7,500 will be processed. Rs. 2,500 will be retained as a non-refundable processing fee. Once the batch has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes partial refunds on installment payments already made. How to Request a Refund Send a refund request with your payment details and registered mobile number to bizcoachneha@gmail.com within 48 hours of payment. Requests made after 48 hours or after batch commencement will not be entertained. Exceptional Circumstances In case of a medical emergency or serious personal crisis, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of BizCoach Neha.
